1. Nature of Service

The Lawyer Circle acts purely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between Originators (work providers) and Recipients (executing lawyers). We do not guarantee the quality of legal work.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the credentials of counterparties.
• Compliance with local bar rules and ethical obligations.
• Tax obligations arising from fees earned.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lawyer Circle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or any legal disputes between users.

4. Dispute Resolution

While we offer a basic dispute resolution mechanism for escrow release, final legal recourse remains between the contracting parties (Lawyers).
